These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hawaapaani.com (the "Site") and any services, itineraries, digital products, or bookings you purchase through it. HawaaPaani is a sole proprietorship operated by Suparna Kalra ("we", "us", "our"). By using this Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. What we offer

HawaaPaani provides travel-planning and coaching services, including discovery calls, custom itineraries, and digital travel guides sold as downloadable PDFs. Services are advisory and planning in nature — we do not act as a licensed travel agent, tour operator, or booking agency, and we do not hold or handle your flight, hotel, or visa bookings unless separately and explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Bookings and payments

Prices for discovery calls, itineraries, and digital products are listed on the Site in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in full at the time of booking or purchase, via our payment partner. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card or bank details.

3. Digital products

Detailed itinerary PDFs and similar digital downloads are delivered electronically after successful payment. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what applies once a purchase is complete.

4. Your responsibilities

Itineraries and travel advice are prepared based on the information you share with us and publicly available information at the time of writing. Travel conditions, prices, visa rules, weather, and availability can change after delivery — please independently verify time-sensitive details (visas, entry requirements, transport schedules) closer to your travel dates. We are not responsible for losses arising from changes that occur after an itinerary or guide is delivered.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site and in any itinerary, guide, or PDF we sell — including text, photography, design, and the HawaaPaani name and branding — is owned by HawaaPaani/Suparna Kalra unless otherwise credited. Purchased itineraries and guides are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish them without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

We do our best to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of every itinerary and piece of advice we provide, but travel involves inherent risk and factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HawaaPaani is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your travel, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, medical issues, or losses caused by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
