Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel good about every purchase. Here's exactly what happens if you need to cancel or request a refund, split out by what you've bought.

1. Digital itineraries & guides (PDF downloads)

These are digital goods delivered instantly after payment, so as a general rule, sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded — this is standard practice for digital products, since the item can't be "returned."

That said, if something genuinely goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right:

— If your download link doesn't work or the file is corrupted, email us and we'll resend it within 24 hours.
— If you were charged more than once for the same item due to a payment error, we'll refund the duplicate charge.
— If the itinerary you received is materially different from what was described on the product page, contact us within 7 days and we'll review it in good faith.

2. Discovery calls

You can reschedule or cancel a discovery call up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the call, or no-shows, are non-refundable, since the time slot was reserved for you.

3. Custom itineraries (Basic & Fully Customised)

Because custom itinerary work begins as soon as you book and share your trip details, refund eligibility depends on how far along the work is:

— Cancelled before we've started drafting: full refund.
— Cancelled after drafting has started but before delivery: 50% refund, to account for the research and planning already done.
— Cancelled after the completed itinerary has been delivered: non-refundable, as the work has been fully delivered. We're always happy to make reasonable revisions instead — just tell us what's not working.

4. How to request a refund

Email hawaapaaniofficial@gmail.com with your order/payment details and what happened. We aim to respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via our payment gateway.
